We are giving written guarantee that no money is paid if the client is not
completely satisfied with the stage of the general ideal's plan usually in the
scale of 1:200.
That plan of ours is usually free of charge and will be based on the latest
relevant geodetic site plan with topographic measures provided by the client
and upon his whole expense.
Our first no-charge plans are made manually while at the later stage all plans
will be fully computerized.
We are keeping right to ourselves to pick up our subcontractors, who will be
paid separately by the client, and no money issue will be linked with our office
whatsoever except for the base of the planning purpose only!
In the case of any legal dispute/s between us and the client we accept the only
Authority of the International Arbitrage Agency based in Paris and in English
language.
